- Qualifying Issues: Refunds are granted if you experience issues installing the plugin or getting it to perform its basic functions and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- Support Interaction: You must attempt to resolve the issue with our support team by creating a support ticket.
What is Covered by the Refund Policy
- The Refund Policy is applicable to new software purchases only.
- The following are not subject to the Refund Policy, and refund requests involving these will not be accepted:
- License renewals, whether automatic or manual.
- License upgrades.
- Priority Support Services subscription and services renewals.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Timeframe: Requests submitted after 14 days of purchase.
- Product Condition: Refunds are not provided for missing features or if the product works as described.
- Third-Party Conflicts: Issues caused by conflicts with third-party plugins, themes, or other software.
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted if you decide not to use Notification Master or purchase by mistake.
- Special Discounts: Products purchased on special discounts or during sale events are not eligible for refunds.
- Lack of Expertise: You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item.
Refund Process
- Submission: Submit your refund request by opening a support ticket.
- Processing: Refunds will be processed promptly during our business hours (Monday to Friday). Requests submitted after hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
When Will I Receive the Refunded Funds?
The availability of refunded funds depends on the payment platform used to complete the purchase.
- PayPal:
- Funds will typically be available between 1 to 5 days.
- PayPal usually processes these the same day.

- Funds will typically be available between 5 to 10 business days, depending on Stripe and your bank.

It is not possible to choose or change the PayPal account, card, payment platform, or bank for the refund recipient.
Non-Refundable Fees
When a charge is processed, we incur costs from the card networks (VISA and Mastercard) and from the payment partners we work with. These costs are non-refundable. By purchasing our product(s), you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions.

Notification Master does not provide services and support for companies in the following industries:

- Movie or Music Piracy
- Online Brides

- Scam / Phishing Websites
- Selling the Copyright of Others – without permission
- Unlicensed Online Pharmacies
- Unlicensed Therapies
- Any NSFW Content
- Gambling
- Alcohol
- Objectionable Content
We also do not support organizations demonstrating or serving:
- Hate Speech
- Religious Intolerance
- Incitement to Commit Violent Acts
- Racial or Sexual Discrimination

By upgrading, you agree to abide by this refund policy and waive any rights to contest it through questions, judgment, or legal actions.
